Cycling Roads in Eastern Canada Map

Summer holidays, cycling holidays! Today at CartoVista, we invite you to discover Eastern Canada and its cycling roads: more than 40,000km of cycling itineraries, with nearly 3,000 points of interest along these roads.

Themesets

If you want to bike on the Transcanada Trail, or any other national route, please open the “National Routes” theme set. And if you want to know more about one of the 7 itineraries in Quebec, then head on to the theme set dedicated to the “Routes Vertes”. For shorter rides of for a simple stroll in the city, then the “Regional and Local Routes” theme set is what you’re looking for.
All along these routes you will find viewpoints, artworks or tourist attractions that will enrich your journey: activate the three layers of points of interests in the fight panel to visualize them on the map.

Data

All data is from the OpenStreetMap collaborative database: feel free to add new cycling roads or points of interest on http://openstreetmap.org/ and become a new contributor in order to make this worldwide database even more precise.

Biking during the pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic and the social distances rules have made biking very popular, and cycling roads can be crowded. Learn about the recommendations when biking in order to avoid the spread of the disease. Ride safely!
