Map Display
The Map Display is the area of the map window where you can see the map rendering.
If you right-click the map, you have access to the following options:
- Layer Selection: Opens the Layer Selection dialog to add, remove, reorder and rename the map layers.
- Change View: Opens the Map View Settings to set the current view, initial view, maximum extent and zoom restrictions of the map.
- Previous View: Returns to the previous view of the map.
- View Entire Layer: Opens the View Entire Layer to set the current map view to the extent of a specific map layer.
- Settings: Opens the Map Window Settings to set the title, dimensions and coordinate system of the map.
You can also use your keyboard do the following actions:
- CTRL + D: Refresh the map rendering.
- ESC: Cancel the map rendering update.
- CTRL + SHIFT + L: Obtain each layer draw time.
- CTRL + SHIFT + M: Obtain the whole map draw time.
