Tenants

A Tenant is a separated private space that contains maps, layers, data tables, tile layers, users and groups. CartoVista Server licenses are managed at the tenant level: domain name, tenant-specific URL code, expiry date, number of users and activated modules. In addition, tenants have their own properties, such as logos, user interface style and appearance, disclaimers, default language, etc. Because of its private nature, map gallery users, map creators and administrators from one tenant do not have access to the information of other tenants nor to their contents. Only Super Administrators can switch between each tenant space by using the top left drop-down list.

In the Tenants tab, you can do the following actions:

• Search a Tenant.
• Add a Tenant.
• View the List of Tenants.
• Download the List of Tenants.
• Refresh the List of Tenants.
• View Tenant Details.
• Modify Tenant Details.
• Delete a Tenant.
